Buggytime delivers throughout Europa. In cooperation with our fulfillment centre, the Products are sent out. Dispatch to other European countries takes 1-3 working days. This varies per country. Buggytime is liable if the items are damaged or lost during transport. You are required to contact our customer service within 14 days. If you return a product and the items get damaged or are lost, you are responsible. In case you, as a customer, find that the delivery has been delayed to such an extent that you no longer wish to receive the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the sales conditions. It is not possible to cancel an order after it was dispatched. When the order is dispatched, the customer is obliged to receive it. The cancellation will not be valid until so confirmed to Buggytime by email.
Upon reception of your order, we send a confirmation to your email address. Therefore it is important that you provide us with your correct email address while placing the order. Keep this email to make future possible contact with the customer service easier. The confirmation of your order (delivery receipt) also serves as proof of purchase.
Carry out your payment safely via internet using your Visa- or MasterCard. Your card details are directly sent to the bank and cannot be read or opened by anyone else than your bank. If you pay by credit card/debit card, then the starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved.
Orders made on behalf of other people without their approval or made in a different way that causes economical damage, will be reported to the police. Buggytime reserves the right to change prices and correct any inaccurate prices related to orders and their subsequent sale. If it is obvious that a price is incorrect, Buggytime may be forced to cancel the purchase and reimburse the paid amount in the best way possible. This may be carried out at any time.
It is important that you, as a customer, check your goods/products when receiving the consignment, establishing whether they are the correct products and undamaged as well. If the article differs from the product you ordered, or if the product is damaged, then please contact us within 14 days. Complaints must be filed at our customer service. Please state the order number and the reason for your complaint. We will contact you as soon as possible with instructions about how to return the article. Defective products, returned to Buggytime, must be treated as if they were flawless products. For all return shipments it is very important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged, so that you can apply for reimbursement of the total amount you paid to Buggytime.
